Hi! I am Amadea, I was born in Paris and live in Berlin with my partner and our two kids. I often spent my holidays as a child in Bretagne and the South of France which influenced my passion for fresh and simple food. After working several years in fashion I was taken back to my true love : fresh food, good wine and bringing people together. I ran the gallery and bistro Rekorder Galerie und Café during 5 years where I had the pleasure to create a seafood restaurant with classics like oysters, moules frites or grilled langoustines.

“Bourriche” is the French word that describes the basket in which the oysters or other seafood are delivered with.
